360 Citi was started in 2008 by two artists, Steve Lampasona and Ellen Hallie Schiff. At 360 Citi we create and sell original, 360 degree photos of places around the world. Our photos are not the 180 degree views found in most panoramic photography. Steve, who is a Painter and Fine Art Photographer, photographs 15-20 shots overlapping 30-50% until he completes 360 degrees. He stitches the photos together in Photoshop. The finished photo has been scrutinized and manipulated to consider composition, color saturation and perspective. Our photo-products are Handmade in his studio in Tribeca, downtown Manhattan.

Steve Lampasona is an Internationally shown artist specializing in paintings of the buildings of Downtown Manhattan, where he lives. His unique, often-worm’s eye perspective, muted palette, dozens of layers of glazes on a single painting have earned him numerous commissions in many public and private collections. “I consider myself a painterly realist, as my paintings communicate as much about the paint as it does the subject represented.” Steve has also taught art (painting, figure drawing, watercolor, and photography classes) in a variety of Colleges, Universities, and Institutions in New York and Long Island. Ellen Hallie Schiff is an Oil Painter, primarily interested in the merge of the figure and the abstract in her work. Her large-scale paintings are known by her bravura, gestural marks, drips and pleasing, yet unexpected colors. Using herself as the figurative subject of her paintings, Ellen continues to explore the power in exposing her own vulnerability on the canvas.
